Skin History & Intake
What to expect during your consultation:
During your visit, we will guide you through the following steps:
We begin by reviewing your skin history questionnaire. This includes information about your current skincare routine, previous treatments, lifestyle factors, and any skin concerns you would like to address. This step helps us understand the underlying factors that may be affecting your skin.
Next, we perform a professional skin assessment using advanced imaging technology that evaluates both the surface and deeper layers of the skin. The analysis measures important indicators such as hydration levels, pores, pigmentation, texture, and early signs of aging.

At the end of your consultation, a detailed report including your skin analysis images and results will be provided. A printed copy will be given to you during your visit, and a digital version will also be uploaded to your secure client portal for future reference.
This report serves as a baseline for your skin health and allows us to monitor improvements over time as treatments progress.
Skin Analyzing Images
Our skin analysis system provides a comprehensive evaluation of the skin through multiple imaging modes designed to assess both surface and deeper skin conditions. By examining different layers and biological functions of the skin, we are able to better understand the underlying causes of common skin concerns and create targeted treatment plans.
Each imaging mode reveals important information about your skin’s structure, function, and metabolic activity.
Pore Analysis

Highlights visible pores on the surface of the skin. Evaluates pore size, distribution, and areas where pores appear enlarged due to oil production or congestion.

Pigmentation Analysis
Detects pigmentation located in the top layer of the skin. It reveals sun spots, freckles, and uneven tone that are visible or beginning to surface.
Maps fine lines caused by early aging, dehydration, or repetitive facial movement. Helps identify areas where collagen support is weakening.
Fine Line Analysis
Epidermal Layer Analyses
Pore Congestion

This deeper view identifies clogged pores, blackheads, and buildup beneath the surface. It shows where oil, dead skin, and debris are accumulating.

Pigmentation Analyses
Reveals pigmentation located deeper in the dermis. It helps identify long-term sun damage, melasma tendencies, and pigmentation that may darken over time.
Evaluates moisture levels beneath the surface layer. It identifies dehydration zones that may not be visible externally.
Skin Hydration Analysis
Dermal Layer Analyses
Cellular Metabolism Assessment

Evaluates how efficiently the skin is renewing itself. Slower metabolism may indicate aging, stress, or environmental damage.

UV Deep Skin Damage Assessment
Reveals UV-induced damage not yet visible on the surface. It highlights areas at risk for future pigmentation, thinning, or premature aging.
Estimates biological skin age based on hydration, texture, elasticity, pores, and pigmentation. It helps track long-term improvement with treatments.
Skin Aging Prediction
Function & Metabolic Analyses
Skin Texture Assesment

Sensitive Skin Areas
Highlights areas of inflammation, redness, or reactive skin. It helps identify sensitivity triggers and guides treatment choices.

Skin Enhancement
Identifies areas that would benefit most from targeted treatments such as hydration, resurfacing, brightening, or collagen stimulation.
Evaluates the smoothness or roughness of the skin surface. It highlights uneven texture, dryness, buildup, or early signs of aging.
The epidermal layer is the outermost layer of the skin and is responsible for protecting the body from environmental damage
The dermal layer lies beneath the surface of the skin and contains important structures such as collagen, elastin, blood vessels, and connective tissue.
This analysis evaluates the skin’s biological activity and overall health. It assesses factors such as circulation, hydration balance, oil production, and cellular metabolism.
